「The apartment itself had some issues like mold in the window sill. Front of stove had food drips down the front and the place could definitely use some paint. Only 2 towels in total were provided for 2 people for 4 days.The apartment complex itself is run down and has a homeless encampment next to the entrance. The homeless tried to stop the car every time we came and went. The security lock for the complex door was broken and pulled right open. Didn’t feel safe in the slightest bit. Very noisy!...

「The overall look of the apartment and cleanliness get a solid 4 stars. The only negative in this category was the pizza boxes left in the oven from a previous renter. The reason I am giving a 2-star rating is that the thermostat did not work. We like cool sleeping conditions, and each night we set the thermostat to cool at 68 degrees, we would wake up, and the apartment was 55 degrees. During the day, we would set it to heat at 68 degrees, and each day we returned, the temperature was 85...
