Overall a great location and lovely apartment. The only criticism was that the futons in the living room are terrible for sitting or sleeping. They did have an air mattress and plenty of extra bedding though.

Nice Building. Good location. Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with a large open layout kitchen, dining and living room area. Our room had a great view of the Minor League Baseball Stadium. It was fun watching the games, fireworks and the grounds crew. Pool and surrounding areas were very nice as well. Plenty of lounge chairs and great city views. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The space is open and large. Great lighting. Beautiful views from all windows. Bring an eye mask. There is lots of light that comes in the shades all night long.

Overall good stay, however some feedback. The check-in was a little odd. The address listed on Expedia is different than the actual address. The property management company emailed a separate address and said not to mention booking with Expedia multiple times. Great space with a nice pool and coffee machine in lobby. Good location. The unit could use some extra seating at the table in kitchen. Had a table, but no chairs. Some stains on living room pillows and lampshades. Given only one trash bag for our 3 night stay.

Bell Uptown Charlotte

Great location, great amenities, pool, gym, coffee bar, comfort of apartment, cable TV with Netflix etc. we were quite pleased with comfort of stay.

The apartment building these apartments are contained within is fantastic. I enjoyed the pool and other amenities greatly. It was also very well located. The specific room was a bit disappointing. The only image of it was the kitchen and unfortunately the quality of design and modernization was not consistent in the rest of the space. The couch, table, and bed were lovely but the tv stand and all side tables look like they were dragged out of a shabby attic. The other rooms pictured online all appeared much nicer so it was a bummer to get this one. The cleaning was well kept in all areas except the bed. The comforter had pet hair all over it and when I asked for a replacement, they told me I could wash it in the machine. Doing laundry is not my responsibility and was a really lame solution. So overall, I think the property has a lot of potential, but this specific room could use some care.

Enjoyed our stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment was clean, spacious, and the beds were comfortable. We had a balcony that overlooked a beautiful park in the city and you could see Truist Park as well. We were in walking distance of lots of nice restaurants, the Bank of America Stadium, and quick access to the interstate.

Nice space, courteous staff. Just had issues getting into the parking garage. The pass sent to us did not scan and we had to wait for someone to buzz us in.

Good times in Charlotte

Customer service is very good, Great staff at the front desk . Initially they told me that I lost the key, But then found the key, So I'm grateful that all worked out. The room was comfortable, cozy, and amazingly cleaning. Can't wait to stay again.

The price of the property is below most of the higher end hotels I looked at and was 3 blocks from my kids apartment - so proximity was more important. The pictures represented some of the apartment and mostly everything in the apartment was maintained like a guys college apartment - old unmatched furniture, broken things, smashed lamp shades, the floors were sticky in places. The towels and pillow cases were very worn and stains on most. Stains on a very old comforters and decorative pillows. The doors and light switches in this place were like a blind pop person designed it. The shower curtain liner in 2nd bath attacks you the whole shower and tries to stick to your body - door opened and closed. The AC was also not working for 3 days of the 6 day stay. I kept having to call and message the Pelican Residences to get it working. Keep running back to the apartment building to talk with them. Maintenance would keep coming, say it works and then it did not work 20 minutes later. It was hot and humid all the time and only the fan ran. Their maintenance for the building does not know what they are doing and they also use a Nest thermostat which does not work well if you are not there due to detecting someone and also using memory for the needs for who has used it recently. I have a feeling the apartment was empty before. They were very responsive though!
