"Pros: Good proximity to Mayo Clinic. Even though there was not an in-room coffee maker, the coffee in the lobby was some of the best I've ever had. I'm not a breakfast person, but the daily breakfast looked great with a large variety. Room price was very reasonable. Maintenance was quick to solve a problem with our toilet (iykyk) Staff was friendly and helpful. Cons: The pool was closed for maintenance when we arrived so I was unable to use it before my scheduled surgery at Mayo Clinic. The hotel is pet friendly, but there was a strong dog odor. We had to buy some Febreeze and spray the carpet often."

"We were greeted by the staff and they were awesome. We received a balcony room and loved it. Room was very nice. Had breakfast and it was ok...not a big breakfast person. Did not use the pool. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Right across the street from a restaurant and the beach."

"The hotel is under construction. The suite doors were not secure. Light from outside was visible around the entire door to the hallway and to the connecting room. The plastic around the door of the connecting room was visible and they started construction in the adjoining room at 7am."
