"This is a wonderful “family camp” style place to stay. It’s affordable, and close to Yosemite, and offers rooms with multiple beds. But be aware that it’s very much a camp vibe - not hotel or resort. Workers and guests are friendly. Food is good and served in large portions. Overall we enjoyed its rustic charms. "

"We loved this hotel! The rooms were very spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. The location was close to Yosemite. The staff was so friendly. My granddaughter loved the playground and if it was warmer she would have gone in the pool! We will definitely come back!"

"The location could not be better. We booked an unheated cabin April 8-10th. I was concerned it might be too cold with lows in the lower 40’s. They give you one down blanket and you get an extra wool blanket if you ask. We stopped at a Walmart and bought inexpensive sleeping bags. I’m glad we did. It was an incredible stay, food was easy, and hiking could not be better in April. The showers were warm, and bathroom adequate, they could be cleaner but we didn’t expect much for a National Park. "

"We spent 3 nights and 4 days during spring break and with our family and friends, everything was so convenient and onsite. Yosemite was just a couple of miles away and a lot of fun activities in the lodge itself for the kiddos and family. They give out bikes for a trial behind at no cost. If you have a 4-5 year old, take a small bike along. Rest they can provide. Also had fun activities like rock climbing. You can still drive down nearby for fun food and restaurants or DoorDash (glamping). But still get to spend all day hiking at the falls or the trees. Overall, well worth it. Our friends a few years ago did a whole cottage. We just got rooms next to each other and kids were able to hang out in the evenings. Staff was very considerate and accommodating. All in all, highly recommend! I’ll probably go back again to explore more. "

"Property was welcoming to pets, we brought our dog with us. The restaurant served good food, we ate dinner and breakfast. It was a little to cold when we visited to use the pool, but hot tub was nice."

"We stayed here 2 nights. I would not recommend this hotel. We picked this hotel for the free breakfast and hot tub as it was the only one available with rooms that offered this for our last minute booking. Breakfast was ok and the hot tub was closed. My rating isn’t based on either of those though. We had to change rooms after check in due to our first room had disgusting sheets with reddish stains on them. Also the fridge didn’t work. Upon changing rooms, the new rooms a/c unit made clicking sounds which made it hard to sleep at night. The remote control for the TV was taped together to hold the batteries in. Also some of our towels had stains on it. Would never stay here in the future. Would pay the extra money for less “amenities” but for a cleaner and more professionally run hotel. "
