The one problem we had was that the air compressor was not working - so no air conditioning, and no possibility of an HVAC tech until Monday. 「I needed a place inside the Yosemite park boundary because I was visiting the park on business. Traffic at the gates can be horrendous in the mornings. I arrived at the home later in the evening and was thankful for the ease of checking in. All the instructions on how to enjoy the property amenities were clearly explained in the email communications as well as the onsite directions. A quiet neighborhood and a second story deck with barbecue made for delightful evenings. 」

「This gorgeous chalet retreat nestled among sequoias and pines was perfect for my family's first trip to Yosemite. We loved being in the park. This is close to the Mariposa Grove where you can hike a bit to some famous Giant Sequoia. It is about 40 min drive to Yosemite Valley, which was fine for us. We managed the stairs just fine.
