Beautiful hotel all round, room was fantastic, great decor details and loved the huge comfortable bed. Location fantastic, in a walkable area and close to shops/restaurants. Would definitely stay again

As always, we love our stay at LAAC. Not complaining but would like to point out that the cleaning crew should keep their voices down in the hallway especially in the morning instead of yelling across hallways to talk to co-worker. Maybe they didn't think our rooms are all occupied? We did have a "do not disturb" on our door. I am only letting you know through this platform because I don't know if you would hear about this through the front desk. The cafe baristas are always so kind and cheerful. It is much appreciated. They are this way even when the line is long!

Check in services were exceptional. They were very welcoming and informative. We visited the RED restaurant and food, drink, and waiter were also great. The host was a bit snooty and not very friendly. She didn’t even ask for a name or how many guest when she mistakenly sat us then removed us from a table by her error. I even tried to explain we do not have reservations and she still moved us to the wrong table. We got through it. Jacuzzi and pool were also nice, but bubbles were not working. Room was very kept. I just wish the carpets would go. It seemed a bit outdated plus the fact that the don’t provide drinking water is a bit disappointing. Overall we make the time work. Location is prime for a getaway.

Great Hotel in a terrible location We choose this location solely on it's proximity to Cedar Sinai Hospital. The Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Staff are AWESOME! One of the comfiest Beds I have ever experienced. BUT the location is a sketchy area. We did not feel safe walking. Charging $79 a day to park a car plus extra daily fees seems unreasonable
