「Everything was great, the space was cozy and comfortable. Check in was super easy, and our host had everything we could have needed ready for us! The location was easy to find, parking was clearly marked, and pathways were well illuminated making it easy for us to get in even in the dark. Gotta love early winter sunsets. We were in town for a concert and just needed a warm safe place to sleep, and this place more than exceeded our expectations! We will definitely consider staying here again if...

「My daughter's were stuck in the elevators as soon as we arrived. The code did not work for the unit door, no one answered the provided phone number. I finally got someone on the phone and explained that I paid for early check-in but could not because the code would not work, but they refuse to refund my money, and the elevator was broken during my entire stay, and the host was rude and not very accommodating. 」

「The most notable thing about the place is the lack of cleanliness,. There was human hair in the refrigerator, in the freezer on the ice, and throughout the master bedroom. there were power issues where if you use certain lights, it tripped a circuit breaker over and over.. also the sliding door to the master bedroom was broken. I communicated this with the owner while I was there, but nothing was done, no further cleaning, no type of accommodation was offered, my guest wound up staying at...
