「We were at a wedding in Placerville, CA on October 9th. We had to leave early because our son at home was not feeling well. We were two hours away. We went to the hotel to explain the situation and they said we had to discuss it with Expedia since we made our reservations through them. Expedia was willing to refund us the night but had to be approved by the manager at the hotel. After three days of trying to get the refund approval, we received an email saying that the hotel manager was never...

「The room was great. The bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. No hand soap to wash your hand I thought that was kinda weird but overall I would definitely recommend it」

「Very clean. Nice fluffy towels. Bathroom light switches were a bit wonky, being far from the bathroom door on the outside. Make sure that there isn’t a wedding reception right outside your window if you are an early to bed type.」
