Golfing is a popular pass time in the Lowcountry and several courses are nearby at Stono Ferry, Patriot's Point Links, James Island Community Course, and the world-class courses on Kiawah Island.
Parking for up to a total of 4 standard vehicles in driveway and garage. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am. High quality linens and bath towel sets are provided for the maximum occupancy of the home.
Must be 25 years old or older to rent. Home is strictly non-smoking, strictly not pet-friendly, and is a family vacation rental. Amenities include beach gear credit, Wi-Fi, private pool, gas grill, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, and central heat and air conditioning. No parties/events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home (10 people), regardless of sleeping or visiting. Guests are expected to abide by the rules and noise ordinance enforced by the City of Folly Beach.
The Fin House is managed by a local property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. A starter supply of toiletries, linens and towels will be provided. This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
