Overall i love the ambience and the environment as well as the venue. It is easy to walk from the MRT and easy to find the hotel. Just the house keeping might need to improve as the bed sheet still have some stains seem never wash off

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel - it’s truly impressive. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and offered plenty of storage, while the bathroom was bright with a powerful shower. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh, healthy options. My only issue was that the pool closed for 1.5 hours around midday for cleaning. While it’s understandable for the pool itself to be unavailable, the surrounding outdoor area was also closed, meaning we had to leave the sunbeds, which felt unnecessary and a bit abrupt (other guests nearby agreed with us also). That said, I would still highly recommend this hotel. It’s beautifully designed, in a great location, and overall a wonderful place to stay. If they improved how the pool cleaning is managed based on customer feedback, it would be perfect.
