"Such a lovely hotel and excellent location. However it was let down by really poor sound proofing (or lack thereof). Would have been perfect otherwise."

"It's hard to believe that this hotel is only 7 years old. Lots of wear and tear. Staying in a family room with two queen-size beds on the 11th floor. The bed was clearly well slept on; the springs showed signs of tiredness. The laminate floor had two big loose pockets, hollow underneath the floor. We stayed at the hotel 3 years ago when it was only 4 years old; there were stains on the hallway carpet. The bedroom is clean enough, but the toilet had a hint of urine smell. The breakfast has plenty choices, as usual in Taiwan hotels, the beacons were not the American crispy pan fried style, but steam soaked in water. Apart from that, abundant choices . staff is friendly We Probably will try other hotels next time we're in Tainan."

"This is a great place to stay in Tainan, two minutes walk to one historic sites and plenty of great street food near by! Hotel is clean and well decorated with classy interior design. Wonderful staffs and amenities. Breakfast is delicious too."

"The room is very spacious and comfy. We like the couch in the double room. The bathroom is also spacious and the shower is good. The two single bed room is a bit tight in space but still functioning. The only complaint is the lack of hooks to hang towel inside the bathroom. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They in fact helped me retrieve a pair of forgotten AirPods"
