Room was tidy and just as pictured. Staff was helpful and also spoke English as well, making them extremely foreigner friendly. The daily breakfast was also really good with a mix of western and Taiwanese dishes. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tainan!

Have stayed at this hotel many times. Location is good. Lots of dining options. Even though it’s an old hotel, rooms have been renovate. It’s always my first choice when i’m on business trips to Tainan.

Room was clean with updated plug in features for phone and laptop use. Staff was helpful and friendly. Bed was firmer than we prefer. Some updated lighting around the bathroom mirror would be nice... its a bit dark for putting on makeup or shaving. We never made it to the restaurant, but many of our local friends said the food is really good. We'd stay here again because its so close to the train station and really clean. A gym would be nice too.

Housekeeping staff extremely friendly and helpful. I thought I included breakfast on my booking but the hotel staff the breakfast was not included. The price is steep over $18 USD per person. Location close to train station.
