"Nice friendly staff"

"Our room was the major issue. It was not properly cleaned. The tv did not work. We paid over 300 dollars for one night, and it was bad experience. "

"We enjoyed our stay.but I feel like the website pictures was very different from actual property. The staff really didn't know much when asked questions of where to get towels etc.The Tiki bar was fun an food was great. . The pool was great and we enjoyed the view we had of the beach. Overall it was good"

"The resort was family friendly. The resort had direct access to the beach. We frequented the heated pool during our stay. The other pools were a little chilly yet. The bar hours were limited and drinks were fairly pricey. There was only one restaurant option on site. Staff were very friendly. We had the pool view room, which had a balcony that was great to hang stuff out to dry. The wristband key card was nice to have instead of needing to carry a room card around. Overall, would recommend the resort . "
