Nice beds but a little too high for elderly or handicapped. Dated or worn furnishings.. Painted doors would change firsst imressions.

It's always quiet there i always get treated like family but this time was very different there was a older man at the front desk and he was extremely rude and totally unprofessional if he doesn't like his job he definitely shouldn't be there customers keep your business going not you

It was quite and clean however the older man at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional something should be done about him he needs to realize as a paying customer folks don't have to bring there business there

The room was disgusting. The floor was damp and slimy to walk on, definitely needed shoes the whole time. The bathroom was definitely NOT cleaned. The bedding was nasty and not cleaned either. Found dirt and hair all over it. Used towels to lay down on to feel somewhat cleanly. The front door didn’t even shut all the way, there was a gap. Only thing keeping it closed was the deadbolt hook.

I was asked to check in online.Thinking it would save time ,I did.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I discovered my reservation had special requests that I did not make. So I had to check in again.
The room was not great, but it was clean. The TV would fade dark then brighten back up. The toilet handle also had to be jiggled to stop it from running.
Check out was terrible. People were waiting and no one was behind the desk. I eventually called the hotel itself to see if someone would answer. Eventually, an unhappy man came out to the desk and didn't even answer the phone. I hung up when he started checking people out. That process took about fifteen minutes from start to finish.
