"We actually arrived into town a little early so I called to see if our room was ready and they said it would cost me $75 to check in early. That is completely ridiculous. Especially since she told me a room was ready. Needless to say I was very angry. I would have cancelled and stayed somewhere else if the room wasn’t already paid in full. Thankfully the hotel and room were very clean and nice. Not sure if I will book at a Hyatt again though with that kind of early check in policy."

"Hotel was great place to stay for a beach getaway. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Beach front was far enough from public beach area, so not too busy. Only complaint was the tiki bar by the pool closes too early in the evening."
