Great location

Property was clean and in a good location. Bed was good to sleep on. Living area was very small. Could not eat in the property as it is too small. The shower leaks water unless you put the shower head just so. The property did not communicate well with us regarding our stay and really only communicated with us the day of our arrival. A local person helped us find the key location and how to get into the property or we would never have found it. Asked for the cleaning money and stay tax in cash rather than part of the overall bill Location was superb and very quite

Great Location/Poor Communication w Host

The set up is a little odd but consistent with photos and description on listing. The location is fabulous - steps from Ponte Vecchio. But the Host put little effort into making the experience a good one: no coffee maker, not even a french press; no dishwasher soap; and a very trying episode trying to gain entry after flying for hours from the US - no one was there and it was all conducted by the Host on WhatsApp and telephone. Finding the key hidden in a lock box attached to a city parking sign was a particular delight. Finally, as of this review, I am not sure what they have charged (or intend to charge) my credit card. After we left and checked out and while we were waiting at the airport they finally responded to my text asking what to do with the keys and then asked if I had pay the city taxes which I told them before we even checked in that I would pay with my card. If the Host would get his act together, I would highly recommend this apartment for a couple. TBD.

Amazing Location

This VBRO is a quaint loft style studio in an absolutely amazing location! The building felt very safe and secure and the unit itself was clean and in good shape. My one suggestion is the bed is truly a queen but below average in comfort. The unit would benefit deeply from a mattress topper off Amazon. Check in did require I reach out to the owner since I didn’t hear from her ahead of time. I didn’t get a response until late morning of check in but with international service was nervous I would have the information. Overall I did receive on time and enjoyed your stay. Again the location couldn’t be any better right in the heart of Florence
