Great room, great location and view, amazing staff, included a breakfast and the staff would make you a variety of coffee types. Only negative would be lack of elevator (only an issue for the first trip up and down with luggage)

The hotel has amazing and free breakfast and super close to all the tourist spots and diners. We did not even use taxi- even the train station was walkable.I would love to stay here again

We loved this place. Quite a few stairs to go up… but the place itself was really nice, big room, very clean. The staff was very welcoming too and attentive to all our needs!

The room is exceptional. Comfortable bed and heat to have a coffee machine in the room. Free beverages in mini bar which was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was superb. Only bad thing is no elevator not good for kids or elderly. Noise is really bad when it’s nighttime and early morning as the leather market is right outside below the windows. Excellent

Nice room for one or two people. A/c was great! Nice view of market and street area. The person on staff was super helpful. Continental breakfast was adequate start to the day. Allows leaving bags before checking in and after checking out. You will have to walk in from a block or two away due to busy market in the streets during the day

Well appointed rooms with good amenities and excellent breakfast! Friendly, helpful staff. Good location for access to transport options, sights and shopping but be prepared for the noise of the market packing up each night and then setting up in the morning..overall though a great option for a well priced stay in Florence.

It took us a bit to find the unit but once we did we really like the location! Unit was clean and centrally located. Il Mercato centrale was right across the street! It got a bit loud in the mornings when the leather carts were setting in for the day but besides that we absolutely enjoyed our stay!

1-It isn’t mentioned anywhere that we have to carry our bags for 2 floors and there’s no one to help. 2-The lady comes in the morning at like 7, and speaks so loud without any consideration that people are sleeping 2 meters away since it’s actually an apartment with different rooms. 3-It is mentioned nowhere that the movable stores wake you up everyday at 6…so it’s centered yes but with so much inconvenience as well as late sleep because of the bar downstairs and wake up at 6 because of the street shops and tents.

We stayed in the Blu room. Everything was great, Bruscha (I think is her name) was wonderful. She took care of the check-in, cleaning and breakfast. Place was clean and very close to all the attractions, we walked everywhere. Breakfast was sufficient, a couple cold cuts, boiled egg, assorted pastries and bread and coffee to order. The mini fridge was stocked with complimentary drinks. Only con was that the AC kept cutting out at night, but I think it’s an Italy thing because it happened with our other hotels. Temperature wise, it was cool enough in October that we can open the window and be fine. The downside was that the market is right outside and was very noisy throughout the night (with the window open). We would be back!
