This is an ok hotel to stay prior to a flight out is Florence. It is near the airport and that is about it. The rooms are ok but the showers are very small. It was very noisy with external bar and club music going late into the night.

This place is somewhat ‘shabby’ and not what I expected from the photo of the lobby on its website. We stayed there because of the proximity to the airport. Maybe I missed it but there’s no free shuttle to/from the airport. The place is also noisy and the breakfast was ‘meh’ at best.The only positive is that the bed was comfortable. Would not stay there again.

I didn't like the room, it wasn't well maintained. The curtains were slightly dirty, the bathroom was quite small, the remote was broken, the sink got clogged even though we hardly used it and never put anything down it, and the nearby vending machine sometimes didn't work. However, I did enjoy the workers there, they were friendly and always willing to lend a hand when needed.

Generally, it was a good experience and I would consider using this hotel again. The restaurant was quite expensive. There are other food options close by, but not on Sunday, which was when I stayed.

This is a good place to stay before heading to the airport for a flight. It's about 15 minute taxi ride to the city center, so not the most convenient for exploring Florence. It was a 5-minute taxi to the airport in the morning, and we were dropped right at the door with no issues.

Staff were friendly. Location was inconvenient as it's not walkable from the airport and taxis are quite expensive for a 2min drive. Facilities are the most outdated I've ever seen.

Overnight stay for early flight out from airport.

Stayed one night with family due to very early flight and close proximity to Firenze airport. Modern hotel, easy access from Firenza S.M.N. via taxi. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Lobby vending machines provided access to quick snack and drinks upon late afternoon arrival. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was not very good. More like cafeteria food. We should have eaten at the pizzeria down the block. Taxi at 04h30 provided easy trip to airport, since hotel shuttle does not operate at that hour. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Had requested connecting rooms, but received rooms across hall from one another, which was acceptable.

Building is very old. A/C didnt work, shower got boiling hot anytime someone in the surrounding rooms used water. Keycards open any room apparnelty because 2 separate people unlocked our rooms on us.
