Welcome to your cozy retreat in the heart of Downtown Flagstaff! This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers a blend of comfort and convenience, perfectly situated for your Northern Arizona adventure. As the upper unit of a duplex, the home features a private entrance accessed via a full flight of stairs, ensuring privacy. Inside, two spacious bedrooms feature king-sized beds, including one with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in shower, while the third bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed. Step outside to enjoy the private backyard, complete with a grill and an area perfect for relaxing afternoons. The balcony overlooking the shared driveway provides an additional space to unwind. Both units have designated parking spots in the shared driveway for added convenience, and this pet-friendly property ensures that your furry friends can join in on the fun.

Rental Agreement must be signed after booking is complete - please reach out if you would like to see the Rental Agreement prior to booking the home.
Please let us know at the time of booking if you will need a Pack N Play for your stay.
Please note, for safety and security, the home is equipped with two exterior cameras that monitor the driveway. These devices record audio and video upon detecting motion, providing peace of mind during your stay.
