"While it is a beautiful property, clean and comfy, I don’t appreciate being charged a mandatory cleaning fee without being told upfront. I was only told about this fee during check in and after the time I could have canceled this booking. This made the room far more expensive than I want to pay. I feel it was predatory and poor business practice to blindside a customer with fees like that. I will it be recommending this property and won’t stay again. "

"You had to pick up the key, using a code, and waiting through several slow loading prompts,from a lockbox in an obscure corner of a dark parking garage. I did not feel really safe. The floors are mostly concrete and areas of the walls had paint where different brush strokes were different shades of white and some of the paint was also on the floor. The shower produced a very weak stream of barely lukewarm water. The air vents were dusty. Location is good - convenient to main roads, ASU and...
