「This place is good for what you pay for. The room was clean but the furniture and the refrigerator are old. 」

「Couch needs to be replaced or deeply cleaned instead of just putting cover over cushions, layer of dust on top of fridge, inside fridge dirty, dishwasher dirty and old, dishes sticky and dirty in cabinet, not given pots/pans/sponge/dishwasher soap, toilet seat broken (had to be careful not to slip off when sitting down, carpets filthy, pull out sofa awful and extra sheets and pillow had definitely not been washed, toilet hadn’t been cleaned and was clogged whole time, layers of dirt in corners...
