「Plenty of parking, welcoming staff, great food and quiet area」

「Really nice clean room and the staff were more than helpful and friendly however the food was unfortunately a disappointment with the rib eye steak being of poor quality, the onion rings being undercooked and the mushrooms being cold. The wait for food was also longer than expected. 」

「Decor, cleanliness and amenities were exceptional. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodation. The surrounding areas were beautifully looked after and a major refurbishment was tastefully undertaken. A gem of a hotel. 」

「Some refurbishment going on but this did not interfere with our stay. The breakfast was excellent as was the evening meal. The bar was well stocked and a marvelous selection of spirits. The room was very well maintained and comfortable. 」

The evening menu (££££) looked amazing, however I was not wanting a rich meal . So they let me order a sandwich. My husband enjoyed the fish pie. Our room was a good size and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent quality with plenty of choice. 」
