「A lovely friendly welcome from Michael at reception. All the staff were great. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. The fan was a definite bonus in the hot weather although the room stayed fairly shaded too. There was some traffic noise but it didn't disrupt my sleep at all (room 16). 「This was such a lovely place to stay. We had a room in the annex. We could hear other people come and go and talking in another room, but quiet other than that. The pub was very nice.」

「I was in room 10 which was very nice but it was next to the kitchen so you could hear the extractor up until about 8 pm also you couldn’t have your widow open during this time. The rest of my stay was perfect, breakfast choice and quality very good ,evening meal very good, staff excellent and ample parking. Outside at the rear was a lovely large garden with plenty of seating for drinks. This was my second visit this year and I would definitely stay here again.」

「The property is excellent grate location some real nice touches and attention to detail however the booking in process was shocking if it hadn’t been for this the property would be getting 5* all round 」

「Property was exceptionally clean modern well equipped. Nice little touches of milk bread spread and bottles of wine for arrival. No issues at all with the property it was lovely. The only issue was with the pub next door, which when we spoke to the host the next day he dealt with straight away. Parking instructions weren’t communicated. Access to property is via the pub car park.」
