I love Ferndale!

Unique features of Ferndale Main Street Historic District include the restaurants and historic sites. Make a stop by Golden Gate Mercantile or The Blacksmith Shop while you're exploring the area.

Had an amazing time at the Village Bungalow. A mix of sun and clouds and kind of chilly. But it was a great central spot to hit downtown Ferndale on a Thanksgiving weekend as well as Eureka, Arcata, Fortuna, and other places nearby. This place was fantastic! It was clean, there is a small creek you can hear. There are redwoods throughout the property.

A slice of Heaven away from everyday life.
A fun relaxing Victorian town. Don't look for any chain restaurants: no Starbucks, McDonald's etc. It's a wonderful step back in time.
Ferndale is a charming town with beautiful Victorian homes & old churches. There are cute shops & the people are friendly.
