"Clean, convenient. Melanie kept in touch regarding access to the unit, etc. close to Seattle Center, nice grocery store across the street, friendly coffee shop on the corner. It is on a main street and is loud, making sleep difficult."

"Was a bit smaller than I anticipated:; more pictures would be helpful. But it is close to the airport and the neighborhood is safe and other than airplanes are very quiet. The property manager was very helpful and very easy to get a hold of they have put TLC into their small space adjunct to their home. My rating would be 4.5 just as a few more visual details would be good."

"We stayed in 442, it was very clean and unique. Communications were good. Area was fun to be in, near Seatle University. We would suggest a couple of things be included with the rental. A TV and more amenities in the kitchen (can opener, wine opener, baking pans, colander). In the bedrooms either shelves or a small dresser for non hanging clothes. In the area where the couch is, maybe a table to place things on. From Apt 442 it is hard to see the mountains, but nice views of the overall area."

The beds were 'Oh so comfortable'! Thank you for allowing me to bring my elderly dog. He enjoyed the stay as well. The neighborhood was quiet, and I felt safe to walk my dog at night. "We got lucky and the night we arrived it was clear skies so we got to see the gorgeous sunset framed by the Olympic Mountains. (Other two nights were the typical wet, Seattle-gray skies, no mountain views.) Bed was good and you get a view while laying in it. Kitchenette great for breakfasts and reheating leftovers. "This was one of the best places that we've stayed at! we were in town for a conference and like the ability to have a place to cook our food and eat healthy. the problem for us is that one of us is mold sensitive and sometimes it's hard to rent online and know what you're going to be getting. so I comb all the reviews to see if I can find anything about mold or musty smell or I look at a place in general to see if it looks dark or dreary and may possibly have mold. I have to say without a doubt...
