フェデラルウェイのアパート

「The room was clean and quite personable we would’ve stayed longer had we known it was right by the things we went to see. This would be a great place in the summer since it’s right by the beach Really didn’t know where we could explore because there are all sorts of different houses around In the description it indicated horses, goats, dog etc there were definitely lots of fields but no animals around which was a disappointment. They gave a list of restaurants which a lot had shut down or were...

「It was a wonderful piece of property . I will definitely look fir this one fir my next stay」

「Exactly as described appointment. parking in back was convenient. The system that gives check in info had a problem but I got a response right away and a new link that worked. The only other issue was the WiFi never connected. Wasn't a big issue for me so I didn't contact anyone about it.」

「Not clean, poorly maintained, broken furniture, electrical problem (host call back 3 days after voice message was left). Constant water leak from refrigerator. Carpet in bedroom, which was pulled from the tack strip at door. All floors very dirty. General cleaning was poor.」

「We had a wonderful stay. Hosts were very communicative with arrival/check-in information. They responded very quickly to any questions. I grew up in Tacoma so I was very familiar with the area. For those who aren’t, rental is located in a quiet area on the North-end, close to waterfront, restaurants/stores, and easy access to the freeway. I would highly recommend staying here and I will definitely check for availability when I travel back to Tacoma.」

「Overall great.」

「one important reason that i booked this is because it has a 10 out of 10 rating from expedia. when i arrived there ,i realized its google map rating is like 3.5. The real property name is hidden in expedia when i booked.」

「A perfect stay for our Seattle area visit! Great communication with the host and easy check in / check out process. Thank you!」

「It is listed as a basement apartment but it doesn't feel like a basement - it is really lovely and quite comfortable. I would choose to stay there again. Parking in the driveway worked once I realized it was easier to come in from the Division Street end versus from 4th Street.」

「Great location」

「Amazing host! Property was so clean and views were stunning. They were great about checking in. Privacy was also great and parking was easy. Really close to coffee shops and food and water. Would stay here again for our next trip!」

「Charming little studio in a lovely neighborhood」

「This is a great place to stay while in the Seattle area! Ililta is wonderful - she communicated with us quickly and the home was nice and clean. The lake views were stunning with sitings of eagles, geese, woodpeckers, hummingbirds and ducks. Very family- friendly with adequate space. I would highly recommend staying here.」

「All as stated—clean, walking distance totown, etc. No complaints.」

「The property is very clean and the host are very welcoming plus its a quiet place.」

「This little home was a perfect spot to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Yet, close enough to enjoy the city, close to the airport, etc. Worked great for a small family, and we enjoyed not having shared walls with others. It was well stocked and furnished. And we slept like a dream. And would stay there again. 」

「I really enjoyed the location of the property because it was near all the cool landmarks.」

「The host is amazingly responsive to bookings, questions and issues. Further the host is incredibly understanding and beyond generous with provisions at the home. The home has updated appliances, the furniture is perfectly comfortable (including the bed) and everything is sparkling clean. That the home is on the waterfront provides a sense of serenity and peace that I’ve not found at most other rentals. Without reservation I highly recommend this experience and I will return again and again.」
