The location of this hotel is its biggest problem. It’s not close to public transit which makes it very difficult to get around if you’re not a hardy walker. The beds are very firm and not all Kingsize if that’s important to you. The staff do their best to help solve problems. On the positive side, the breakfast is good, served on the top floor with a gorgeous view of the Bosporus. The spa is fantastic! We were given 2 spa treatments on the house. The Lavender Body Scrub and Massage was amazing. This hotel is a nice 3 star but it doesn’t come close to the 5 star hotels we have stayed in around the world.

I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay.
The Highlights
Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional.
Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy.
The Downside
Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water.
While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter.

The stay was so good that I could only complain on the breakfast room music where a woman was destroying old beautiful songs with her voice :). The hotel is perfectly situated and everything super, and we stayed for 10 days. Perfect for recovery from operations too!
