「This is a good rated and affordable hotel for a Japanese woman traveling solo in Turkey for the first time. The nearest train station is in the middle of the bridge, Holic, and it's a 10 minute walk away. There are convenience stores, kebabs, fruit shops, bakeries, etc., so you can really feel the local lifestyle. Prices seem to be rising, but it was cheap and good. The hotel owner is kind. 「I have to say the staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The room was clean, the bedding was fresh and it is incredibly convenient for exploring the old part of Istanbul.
The only reason I didn't give an excellent for property condition is because the lift wasn't working while I was there. But that was a minor inconvenience in what was a wonderful stay. 」
「The location was ideal for touring the city. The staff was amazing. Mehmet, and the entire breakfast staff, were friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was helpful with arranging tours and transfers. The room was comfortable and quiet (even though our balcony was on a main street), and the shower was fantastic. There are lots of place to eat, Turkish baths, and shops nearby. We highly recommend! 」

「The person at the reception desk (Lokman) was very nice. He recommended us some sightseeing places and outside-breakfast places cause we didn’t book the breakfast in the hotel. We really enjoyed our first stay in Istanbul thanks to him.
The room looked the same as saw on the pictures when booking. There was a nice terrace on the rooftop.」
