「Staff were friendly but the reception desk is not manned all the time.」

「Everyone was so nice and accommodating will return when I need to stay in San Antonio」

「The toilet was one of the worst I’ve seen. It was obviously not being cleaned up. I had a three night stay and the one day they did go in they did not change the sheets and the vanity was not cleaned at all. I was very disappointed. Then we had one afternoon with no running water for several hours. I’ve used these hotels before but this was by far the most disappointing one.」

「部屋がおしゃれで、広く、とても清潔。無料の朝食はとてもクオリティが高く、無料とは思えないくらいに素晴らしい。また1日を通してコーヒー、紅茶、バナナは自由に提供されており、とてもサービスがいい。」

「Overall very good spot not too far from downtown but minutes from Six Flags.」

「Floor wasn’t clean, shampoo container was empty, I had to pay for the parking and overall stay wasn’t great. 」

「Clean apartment goodo Check-in and check-out instructions」
