"First time here. Me and my wife celebrated our 26th anniversary. The hotel staff was very knowledgeable and kind to us. Room had great view to the falls. Shower was excellent. The heater was somehow annoying (noise coming from the fan). This could be fixed if repair guy takes the fan apart and lubricate it with mineral oil (sewing machine or razor’s blade oil). I know this because I have lubricated over 1000+ CPU and power supply fans for computers. Overall this was a great experience worth the $ and place. Will return. Dan S. "

"Lovely stay at the hotel, staff were friendly during check-in and had the room available for us for 2pm which was helpful with our jetlag. I surprised my partner with a falls view room because it was her 30th and the view was incredible and the room very nice as well."
