「清潔だし、バスルームも広めだし、総合的には快適でした。ただ、私も主人も、枕が合わず。柔らかすぎて、ぺしゃんこになってしまい安眠できず。旅行で疲れているだけに、ぐっすり寝たいので、枕は重要です。あと、バスルームの洗面台に、コーヒーセットを置くのは、ちょっとどうかな。」

「Awesome historical inn. The rooms were filled with antiques and the history was wonderful. We were on the 3rd floor, next to the main street, which was pretty loud in our room, though we were so tired each evening, it didn't affect our sleeping. There is only a elevator to the 2nd floor, so you have to carry your luggage to the 3rd floor. The breakfast was very fresh and delicious. We ate at the restaurant both nights, outdoor seating was great, and so was the food! Highly recommend this lovely...

「The bed was fine and comfortable but the room overall was not good. There was only one small table and suit case stand but no place much to sit things down. The floor was filthy. I walked across it barefoot and got in the shower and dirt flowed of the bottom of my feet. I could walk across the floor and wipe my feet on the bath mat and it would leave black marks on the mat. 「We selected the Country Inn & Suites Jonesborough as our hub throughout our 12 day stay which was due to the loss of a family member. Room was clean, breakfast was good, coffee in lobby was appreciated, lovely sitting area for guests in lobby, pool is spacious and clean (there were even some kids inflatable pool items to use), overall wonderful. All of the staff we encountered over our stay were incredible. Aiden was a joy to communicate with and provided fantastic service for every inquiry....

「Breakfast was robust (eggs/sausage/ham/waffles/cereal) but the same every day of our stay. Would have been nice to mix it up a bit. Rooms were fine, but 3 things were a problem for us. Some of this I should have checked on: 1) we had our handicapped son with it. The hotel only had double beds for sleeping 3, which are too small for a couple 2) no tub; only a shower. 「I was really disappointed, as I’ve stayed at this location before and for the price it was great. The hotel now has long term guests/residents (???), who apparently believe they own the place. Very loud at all hours, talking loudly, yelling down the hallway, slamming doors, dogs barking repeatedly. All until well after 1am on a work night. The hotel Is run-down but clean. Location was easy to get in/out. But even with sleeping pills, I was woken up several times per night. The long term renters...

「夜間のホテル探しは困難で、地元の人にEXIT４０を出れば、ホテルの看板が見えると教えてもらった。昼間は高速道路からホテルの看板が少し見られる。２３時に到着したが、夜間遅くまで受付しているのが有り難い。受付の方は親切。据え置きのコーヒーがあったが、新しく入れたのでどうかと言われた。部屋の隅にホコリが貯まっているのが残念。シャワーヘッドの形状で以前のホテルがホリデーインだったのが分かった。朝食は問題なし。宿泊翌日の土曜日に地元のイチゴ祭りがあったが、普通のアメリカの春祭り。イチゴの販売はなく、イチゴは手作りのイチゴショートケーキ（２ドル）のみだった。」
