Frontier Lux 2 Bedroom

Come experience the interior of Alaska at our luxurious place! This is a fabulous quiet neighborhood on the east side of Fairbanks. Our place is a 2-bedroom upper apartment. We are close to several restaurants and a short drive from just about anywhere in town. Hiking, fishing, golfing, skiing, and more are only a few minutes’ drive. The apartment has a fenced-in front yard and a barbeque grill available on the front porch.(not for winter use).
This is an 1000 Sq. Ft apartment with a smart TV, and free Wi-Fi. We have a fully equipped kitchen, and laundry area with a washer and dryer. Bedroom 1 has one king bed and bedroom 2 has one queen bed. Guests will have access to the entire apartment and the front fenced yard. We are within walking distance to a local park with a swing set, play equipment, picnicking area, and ball fields.
You will have access to the whole apartment. We have a security system that allows us to view the outside of the property if there are issues. Secure key-less entry allows guests to remotely check in with us. There is one parking space designated for the rental unit, with street parking available for extras. This is a unique well-built older building with 3 units total. There is one other short term unit in this building, and one full time tenant downstairs that has an adorable new family. Please be respectful of them and our neighbors. We have good relationships with our neighbors and prefer to keep it this way!
We will be available via text or call and staff are close by if we are needed on the property. Quiet hours are 10PM- 8AM.

Upon check out, leave all dishes washed (can be left to dry in the dish drainer), and empty the garbage.
