「This amazing & historical Hotel is absolutely perfect. It’s central & close location to the harbor & all it has to offer is 2nd to none. The rooms were spotless & comfortable as well.
The wonderful staff, including all the people manning the restaurant surpassed our expectations & attended to our every need. Daniela at Front Desk & Paula in Housekeeping were beyond helpful, efficient & incredibly lovely to deal with..
We will be recommending AZORES Faial Gardens to all our friends...

「空港からタクシー20分、12ユーロホテルは回廊式でそれぞれに部屋が有る。
眺めの良い部屋は海側でヨットハーバー越しに天気が良ければピコ島の代表的な山、ピコ山を眺めることが出来る。今の時期運が良ければホテルの窓越しに夕方9時頃から夕日に照らされ真っ赤に染まったピコ山に出会いる。」

「This review is less about the property itself than it is about the staff.
When we arrived we were greeted by the front desk staff who asked us to sit in the common room while we waited for her colleague. The common room was very nice - all shared accomodations and things to do. I noticed they had beach towels available for guests to use which is very kind. Everything I saw was very clean and tidy.

「Die Unterkunft bietet ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das Zimmer war sauber, geräumig und insgesamt sehr angenehm.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider nur durchschnittlich. Mit einigen kleinen Ergänzungen und einer etwas größeren Auswahl könnte es jedoch deutlich aufgewertet werden.
Insgesamt war ich mit meinem Aufenthalt zufrieden und würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen.」
