"We had the lower level of the house, and it was very spacious. The balcony is huge overlooking farm fields and over the ocean, a clear visual of Pico. I would highly recommend anyone coming to the island is to stay at this place. The only downside I would have to say would be he will be hearing roosters very early in the morning (5am) and all type of other farm animals in the facility. Als wir ankamen (Anfang Mai) waren die Temperaturen zwischen 11 und 17 Grad, mit wenigen sonnigen Abschnitten und dann höheren Temperaturen. Das Haus verfügt über keine Heizung, dementsprechend war die Temperatur im Inneren bei 16 Grad und über 80% Luftfeuchtigkeit.
