Very quirky hotel.
The staff were lovely. Room was very clean and the theme carried through to the rooms.
So many little details in the room that made it a unique experience, telly had a greeting message in my name, electric blackout blinds, great amenities in the room.
We will definitely stay again

The location looks like it leads a lot to be desired, don’t let that put u off it’s in a great location for the AO arena and heart for the extremely cheap price

Room exceptionally clean, breakfast was decent and staff very friendly. Hannah on reception was excellent. The room itself did not have great lighting and seemed a little dark. That is the only criticism I have.

Staff barely courteous. Room had no proper lighting. Just small bedside lights, a dull LED strip behind the bed and a lamp we had to crawl behind the desk to find a switch for. Fixtures were flimsy.
