"It’s the old property, rooms are separate from the lobby had to drive to the room, room had old strong smell was hard to sleep in it, breakfast was ok, staff was helpful and friendly"

"Clean, staff was extremely nice, and breakfast was pretty good, but it was the same thing every day. The only thing missing is a hot tub."

"This is a nice, clean hotel with good staff. I took off two stars because we came with a dog and they put us next to the elevator so there was a lot of noise. The bed was not comfortable. They also charged a $75 pet fee even though it was listed as $50 on website. They said prices were raised but website needs to be corrected. "

"The room was adequate, clean and had everything needed. The rooms are in single story buildings with 2 to 4 rooms to a building. The WiFi in our room was poor. There is no main hotel building with a lobby and other facilities. There appears to be a storefront building with a sign but it was closed. The management texts you a code to get into the room. Manila is a very small town with a couple of gas stations and several places to eat. "

"Room was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was good, but I don’t really care for the pre made omelets and would have preferred if they freshly scrambled some liquid eggs. They do charge “extra” above the reserved rate and after 4 days i still have not received a credit. Supposedly the extra was to cover any potential additional charges. This is a newer property, but the walls are a little thin and I could hear a couple arguing at 3:30 AM when they woke me up."

"Entire building was super old and filthy. Rooms were horrible and bedding was stained and gross. Staff was not knowledgeable about everyday problems such as how to program room keys, refunds, bookings, etc. I couldnt get internet unless I was a rewards member of their hotel group. Couldnt get customer service to answer their phone either. Dont waste your money here. I cant say enough bad thing about my experience at the disgusting hotel. Filthy doesnt come close to the interior. "

"We arrived at 9 pm. No staff on site. A phone number to call to get into the rooms. I am In the hotel business and the furniture looked like it was recycled from a Doubletree or something that was renovating. The mattress was the best part of the stay . It was very comfortable. If you are expecting a stay like you would have at a Motel 6 ……. This is not the hotel."
