Homestead Midway Utah

"The Homestead is a beautiful resort in a wonderful location, with a slightly surreal vibe. The buildings and settings are all beautiful and well presented and the staff helpful, but due to the ongoing major works in the complex sadly many areas were closed off. We only stayed one night so we ate in the restaurant and the food was good, the staff were friendly and helpful even though they seemed short-handed. Likewise the staff in the coffee shop for breakfast were lovely and warm but seemingly overwhelmed with the number of customers who they were trying to serve. Our room was large, clean and comfortable but a little shabby around the edges for somewhere that otherwise appeared quite upscale in general. If we were travelling this way again, I’m not sure if this would be top of my list for an overnight stay."
