Located 25 minutes from downtown Eureka Springs, this marvelous house sits on 12 acres and boasts 3 bedrooms - 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. With 2 bathrooms featuring showers, guests can relax and unwind in comfort. The additional sun room space with a cozy futon provides extra room for lounging and watching the sunset over Beaver Lake. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Please note: Our driveway is steep and rocky. 4-wheel drive and well-maintained tires highly recommended.
