"Our first visit to Hiroshima and so glad that we chose Hotel Granvia Hiroshima South Gate to spend our 4 nights there. The standout highlight was being greeted at the hotel reception by Makiko who guided us through check-in, then went above and beyond expectations by delivering us a hand-written note and maps of Hiroshima, to make the most of our time in the city. We asked for a quiet room and this request was fulfilled, the hotel's location being superb with so many eating options within 3-5 minutes of the front door. Breakfast was extensive and entertaining, especially with the cat-faced robot going around collecting empty trays and dishes."

The assistant manager, Mr. Yamada went above and beyond along with the staff to ensure we had a special table by the window at our desired time regardless of super-booked reservations.
