"Family-friendly, very convenient to major landmarks in the city. Many dining options at and immediately around the hotel. The pool is rather expensive to use through the club at the facility, that was the only disappointment for my kids."

"This was a perfect choice for us. In particular, first impressions were especially positive in terms of responsiveness to email inquiries and courteous attention upon checking in. We were given a room upgrade from our original twin room based upon Expedia Gold and had a beautiful view of the water. Although it is a little off the beaten track and the last hotel shuttle bus from Hiroshima Station is 7:20, for the view alone, it is worth it. We rented electric bikes (need to register) and rode back from the station at night which was enjoyable and took thirty minutes, purchased the breakfast and communal bath on our last day which each cost a little over ¥2,000. However, both were well worth it. The former, includes a buffet of delicious foods and an impressive view while the latter has an indoor and outdoor hot pool and a jacuzzi. Overall, I would highly recommend this property for both the attentive service and overall quality."

"Very nice hotel! Only thing that was kinda off putting is we found an old fry in between our beds lol but otherwise everything was nice! We ended up having to park a ways away because there isnt much close parking so that wasnt great but not horrible. "
