"It is an old Hotel and the rooms needs to be updated. Still, because of the staff in the 21th floor, we had an amazing time. The waiters were the most helpfull and polite. We felt very welcome and comfortable. We also got Turist informations about the castle and the gardens, with maps and all. Thanky you very much, if we come back we will stay there again."

"The hotel offered exceptional service in all areas. My one qualm is the way the staff would talk in English regardless of my wish to converse in Japanese. Having come to Japan to immerse myself in the language and culture, this was disappointing. "This property is more for people with older children or adults. I had three kids under 8 and the loft area wasn't the safest idea for sleeping or playing. There was also basically no storage for bags. "Great hotel based in the centre of Hiroshima. It was within walking of some great eateries and the peace garden and castle are only 10-15 min walk away. The interior is great and the Poolside bar / breakfast (no actual pool) was a unique experience. Staff were also very friendly and the room was laid out well and the wet room/ bath was a big plus. Definitely worth a stay if your visiting Hiroshima. "
