Welcome to Mt. Stratus at Mary's Lake in Estes Park! This charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with A/C for 6 guests is the perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Breathe in the fresh mountain air while enjoying the sounds of nature that surround you. Take a day trip (or two!) to Rocky Mtn. National Park to sight see places that are unlike any other! Cook in the full kitchen and enjoy the community pool (summer months, subject to change per HOA). Mt. Stratus, and the mountains, are calling!

Upon arrival to this smoke free, pet free condo, you will notice access to the condo is handicap accessible with a zero-entry ramp and front entrance. Enjoy the two King sized beds in each bedroom. A sleeper sofa in the living room completes the set up to accommodate 6 guest's total. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, TV, ceiling fan, private access to the master bathroom equipped with sink, toilet, and handicap shower access. The second bedroom also has a King-sized bed with TV, ceiling fan, and adjoins the second bathroom with full jetted tub and shower combo. A sleeper sofa with provided linens creates a third sleeping space for guests. Also included is a pack n play with linens for the little ones.

Make your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen containing a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, rice cooker, and dishwasher. Seating for 4 is available at the dining room table with an additional 2 seats at the kitchen island. Enjoy quality time in the living room equipped with a gas fireplace, USB speaker system, and TV. In the summer months, enjoy the community pool (**subject to change per HOA).
