「The location is fantastic. I parked when I got there and didn’t move the car until I left. I saw Church Street and the downtown area, walked along the lakefront and hiked up to and around the University. The neighborhood is full of students and the place reminded me of my college studio apartment. It’s nicely decorated but the floor slants and the place is small. Without the cleaning fee it’s a good value but the fee makes it a little pricey for what you get.」

「Great place to stay; easy and convenient. A great comfy place and has almost everything you may need. One important note…there are no closets and nowhere to put your clothes to hang them up. We were there for UVM Graduation. So had to live out of suitcases. A bit of confusion with checkout…you call Housekeeping when you leave….which I did…but the number had no working voicemail. Sent a note….never heard from anyone.」

「Location in Winooski was perfect to walk. Did not have a vehicle but parking spot was right in front. I used the public buses and stops were very convenient to the apt. Management quickly responded to any question’s. Stayed there for a week. 」

「Location excellent, was in walking distance to church st marketplace, restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. Appreciated having a dedicated parking spot & apartment was easy to access. Very petite but efficient room, had everything we needed and was very quiet at night.」

「Nice place, great communication by James. The parking spot was very tight for our full size truck but doable. Like others said the bathroom and shower is small, water pressure was fine, door doesn’t shut well. Bedrooms were really nice, well lit and comfortable bedding. Good location for getting around. Kitchen has everything you need. Thought it was a bit pricey,Overall nice stay」

「Good parking and lovation」

「The upstairs apartment was very clean and had all the necessities. Kitchen was stocked well with dishes. The bed and sofa were comfortable. Good location. Just a few minutes drive to Burlington and Lake Champlain. 」

「Nice spot, 10 mins to the circle. Tv was a bit broken and the rugs smelled of pet urine but overall worth it for the money」
