The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were very accommodating with an early check-in and late check-out, which I really appreciated. "The dates of our stay were, October 20, 2025 to October 22, 2025. All of the above were perfect. Especially the Concierge, Rafi and staff who greeted us at the front door, and brought our luggage to our room. All were very helpful, respectful and professional. "

"Rooms were clean and spotless. Staff was very courteous. We tried to hail a cab but could not get one as it was peak hour. I requested the hotel staff to book one for us. They immediately booked it. The staff even helped move our luggage from the street back to the hotel and from the hotel to the cab when it arrived. Staff's service was above and beyond. I would highly recommend. Also the hotel is very close to MRT station which makes it very convenient."
