The staff were very friendly and respectful. Breakfast was excellent with many alternative kind of food. The place of the hotel is very close to the Parliament and you can get the most interesting places to visit, just by walking.

Location is good, just a short walk to the river and parliament building.
Staff were friendly. Check in and check out was straightforward.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel right next door to the Opera House. The rooms are all different. We had a huge corner room with windows facing the Opera House and windows facing the Main Street. Our friends had a Main Street facing room with a balcony. Since it was October 2, there was no air conditioning and it was in the high 70’s the day we stayed. It was far too warm in the rooms not to open the windows, but then noise level made it difficult for any of us to get some sleep. The beds were very hard. They did have a lovely breakfast in the cafe downstairs.
It was very difficult to find! I would stay there again, but only during the months when air conditioning is available.

"Not near the Danube but a 30 minute walk. Felt safe walking in Budapest. Hotel is also 30 minute walk to Heroes Square. The square in in City Park and adjoins the zoo. Hotel staff always friendly and helpful and good English language skills are obviously required. Nice breakfast buffet in morning. ..."
