"Great hotel with friendly staff who helped with travel arrangements the following day.
Clean rooms with everything you need, tea and coffee making facilities and a fantastic breakfast. Perfect location to bars, cafe's and restaurants right behind the hotel with tram stops across the road if you wished to venture around."

"Beautiful hotel with excellent service and very comfortable rooms. Atrium restaurant has wonderful food and great service. The lobby and common areas on first and second floors are beautiful but the rooms and general hallways are a little tired and could use "freshening". It doesn't detract from the overall beauty, comfort and quality of the hotel, just a recommendation. We did not experience the spa but wished we had. "
"The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. It was convenient to walk to several attractions and dining options. But the best part was the view from the room of the river and bridge. I would definitely stay here again.
The pic of the bridge at night is from my room."
"Great room, nicely renovated and clean. The hotel staff were fantastic and super helpful. The area was full of restaurants and shops. Easy commute to and from. I will recommend to friends visiting in the future. "
