「At first when looking at the stairs going up and no sign of a ramp or elevator. I thought this was going to be a problem for two people in our party. After climbing the stairs and taking with the lady at front desk. Was told there was an elevator in the basement that was easy to get to with a wheelchair. " I was very satisfied with this hotel except for the old equipment. I was delighted that the reception staff told me "Thank you" in Japanese. Regarding the room, fridge, hair dryer and bath tub are inside the room. This hotel provides bottled water. I think it's a good service for hiking vistors. I hope the visitors enjoy the spa after the hiking. The pool itself is small, but there are dry sauna and mist sauna. When you use the pool, you ask the staff at the entrance of the spa room. They give you a towel and guide to the dressing room. If you want to use a coin locker, you have to bring a 2euro coin. Don't forget."
