Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été touchés par l’accueil du personnel : attentionné, chaleureux, incroyablement professionnel, et surtout d’une finesse rare dans l’adaptation à chaque client. À aucun moment nous ne nous sommes sentis comme de simples numéros – bien au contraire, chaque échange semblait personnalisé, sincère et bienveillant.

「This is an excellent hotel. Felt way more expensive than it was. Amazing views, excellent restauarant (both the pub and the buffet). I wish we had tried the spa because it looked great. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and shower were the best I've had in a hotel in a long while. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was clean. There is paid parking at the hotel which you probably will need, and the only thing I would say is to let staff know if you have a big car and they will keep...
" I was very satisfied with this hotel except for the old equipment. I was delighted that the reception staff told me "Thank you" in Japanese. Regarding the room, fridge, hair dryer and bath tub are inside the room. This hotel provides bottled water. I think it's a good service for hiking vistors. I hope the visitors enjoy the spa after the hiking. The pool itself is small, but there are dry sauna and mist sauna. When you use the pool, you ask the staff at the entrance of the spa room. They give you a towel and guide to the dressing room. If you want to use a coin locker, you have to bring a 2euro coin. Don't forget."
