「Great hotel, great location, great food Stayed during a 4 day trip. Excellent location to the slopes 1 min walk through the cut through, lockers for ski equipment and the spa is small but is great after a full day skiing/boarding. The hotel is lovely, some rooms dated both types of bathrooms are shown in pics. Hotel was clean, staff were very lovely and helpful especially Gerorgina (in housekeeping, always happy and smiling) and Phillippe on the bar/restaurant lovely and chatty. 1 receptionist...

「We had amazing stay in Serras. High level service everywhere. Our son enjoyed kidsclub and we enjoyed spa time. Everyone very nice and professionally helpful! Love it and coming back for sure」

「Hôtel très bien. Chambre grande et propre. Chauffage non modifiable donc très chaud. Extérieur très très bruyant en pleine nuit. Petit déjeuner au top」
