「No WiFi and no parking! I want to switch rooms for better WiFi, but the staff says the hotel is full, even though I can see rooms available online.」

「Lovely hotel with exceptional staff. Extremely safe area for walking during day and night. Lots of eating options within a walkable distance from hotel (.5 km). Parking at hotel available for 6 euros or there is a public parking garage 2 minutes away. I love the colors inside the hotel. Toilet is separate from bathroom. Bathroom has tub, shower and bidet. River runs nearby. Lovely place!」

「If you're looking for fantastic views of the mountains, this place is amazing. Very big house with room to spread out for a family. Lots of stairs! We had a lot of rain, so we couldn't enjoy the decks as much as we would have liked. They look amazing, but need some furniture. Some awnings or umbrellas would be great. All in all I would come back here for sure.」

「Pas de Wi-Fi, pas de parking, accès difficile pour personnes à mobilité réduite, mauvaise insonorisation et voisins bruyants, Tv est pour la décoration (ne fonctionne pas), éclairages ne fonctionnent pas (SDB, Chambre...), propreté médiocre... Une experience à jamais refaire.」

「チェックインの混雑時に１人しかいない相当時間がかかる。 ルームキーが磁気が壊れて毎回のようにフロントに鍵を修正してもらいに行くのは面倒です。」

「1Fの部屋だったので、外からの光が入らず終日暗かったです。内部は十分なスペースもあり快適でした。 隣の部屋の水を使う音が聞こえてきて、最初はオバケかと思って驚きました。」

「施設内の駐車場は満車の為、近隣の駐車場に駐車。24Hで24€です。 レセプションの男性は英語が堪能で親切でした。チェックアウト時の若い女性も親切でした。朝食ルームは混雑していて、朝食時間終了30分前で食べる物が少なかったです。 」

「Good size room, clean and comfortable, but check in and check out took a long time for something as simple as handing over a key then leaving 」

「Everything was perfect. The staff were really helpful, giving us tips on places to go. Iasmim and Mauro were great, also the Portuguese lady that I can’t recall her name. The hotel was clean and quiet, a good location if you have a car. 」
