「C’est sans contredit le plus complet et bel endroit pour séjourner dans la région de La Seu d’Urgell! Les repas étaient absolument délicieux, le centre de mieux-être était diversifié avec ses bains et espaces repos et le personnel nous a offert un service et une attention exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour! La visite du château avec un employé a également été un bel highlight! Je recommande sans contredit cet endroit! 」

「 I was very satisfied with this hotel except for the old equipment. I was delighted that the reception staff told me "Thank you" in Japanese. 「No air condition in the room only calefacytion. Spoke with from desk they told me a story how the goverment did not permit the cold A/C during winter. But in the hotels common areas like hallways, lobby and restaurants the cold A/C was working. Room was burning we turn off the heat and oppen the windows two day without sleep because the noice in the street. No solution provided like a fan. Go to this hotel in the summer if you want A/C」
